Room Types & Rates
Resort fee
A resort fee of $50 per night, or $60 for two-bedroom suites, plus 13% tax is added by the hotel. It covers two beach loungers, on-property transportation, the fitness centre, tennis and pickleball courts, the golf driving range, in-room coffee and bottled water, and access to the private club facilities.
Rooms are reserved directly with the resort, not through us. The block is held for April 7 to 11, 2027, so you can arrive the day before and stay the night after; use Modify Dates on the booking page if you need different nights. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am, and you must be 21 or older to reserve a room. Rates are in US dollars, shown as of August 2026, and confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancelling your room: cancel directly with the resort at least 14 days before your arrival date to avoid a penalty. Cancellations inside 14 days are charged by the resort at the group rate. Cancelling your meeting registration does not cancel your room. Our own registration refund deadlines are separate and are set out in the event terms and conditions.
